Event Styling

We offer event styling for private and commercial clients, including balloons, backdrops, installations, tablescapes, draping, faux floristry, and custom styling elements.

Styling is shaped around your event type, space, and what you want to achieve, whether that’s a statement moment or a full room transformation.

We work across a wide range of events, including:

• Birthday parties and milestone celebrations
• Children’s parties
• Brand activations and launches
• Corporate events and private functions

Please note, travel and installation fees may apply and will be included in your quote.

2. We confirm availability and gather key details

3. We recommend a styling approach and provide a quote

4. A booking fee secures your date

5. We handle setup, styling, and collection or breakdown as agreed

A 50% non-refundable booking payment is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. Once the booking payment has been received, your date is confirmed in our diary and work on your event begins.

For events that involve custom-built props, bespoke installations, or faux floral design, the final balance may be required earlier than 7 days prior. This allows adequate time for sourcing, production, and delivery of custom elements.

Any adjusted payment timelines will be clearly outlined at the quoting stage, once we’ve received your brief and confirmed the scope of work. You’ll always know what’s required before moving forward.
